THE NEXT TRAINING STARTS ON JANUARY 8, 2024
BEST’s pre-apprenticeship program is called the Introduction to Hospitality, Housekeeping Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
The program is 150 hours over the course of 6 weeks, and it's full time.
Graduates of the program are assisted with job placement in hotels that partner with BEST. Many of these hotels are unionized.
Once hired by a hotel, graduates will have an on-the-job 2000-hour apprenticeship.
After finishing the apprenticeship, graduates will earn a nationally recognized certification from the Massachusetts Department of Labor and 3 additional credits at Bunker Hill Community College.
The program requires an intermediate level of English.
