About the program:
Join this FREE 8-week part-time training program provided by JVS and Quincy College. The program is designed to prepare job seekers for Manufacturing Associate positions at Takeda Pharmaceutical, with job locations in Lexington or Cambridge. Training sessions will be held from September 15th to November 4th on Fridays from 2pm to 8:30pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
The program includes an intensive hands-on lab training, job readiness workshops, and personalized coaching. Participants will receive a starting wage of $27 per hour, with higher pay rates available for overnight shifts.
To apply for the program, you must meet the following criteria:
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Basic algebra and science knowledge
Advanced English language skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient computer skills
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
Availability to start a full-time job immediately after program completion
