Are you hoping for a career in the Construction Union Trades? If so, join Building Pathway's free pre-apprenticeship training program.



Upcoming Cycles:

  • February 18, 2026, to May 28, 2026, meets 3 nights a week from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 

  • March 2, 2026, to April 17, 2026, meets Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

This program offers a great opportunity to gain industry knowledge; hands-on training; and compete for union apprenticeship openings.


You will go through 200+ hours of free training with classroom and hands-on learning. The program also provides job placement services and support.


This is a nationally recognized program that has the potential to result in high-paying construction jobs and a long-term career.


Eligibility:


  • 18 years old or older

  • resident of Suffolk, Norfolk, Middlesex, or Essex county

  • have a high school diploma or equivalency

  • currently unemployed or under-employed

  • authorized to work in the USA

  • licensed driver

  • drug-free
