The Mass Save ®  Clean Energy Pathways program is a full-time, paid, three-month internship . During those three months, interns work with local companies and develop skills in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry or the weatherization field. These are two fast-growing industries in the energy efficiency sector.
