The Mass Save® Clean Energy Pathways program is a full-time, paid, three-month internship. During those three months, interns work with local companies and develop skills in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry or the weatherization field. These are two fast-growing industries in the energy efficiency sector.
