BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENT MAINTENANCE SKILLS (BEEMS): Next start date is December 2024, check AACA site The BEEMS Program lasts 17 weeks and trains participants for a career as a maintenance technician/engineer. The course teaches the basics of carpentry, plumbing, painting, electricity, and the job skills needed for success. Classes are held in the early evenings twice a week.
