Introduction
Welcome to the Bridges to Green Jobs Program! With this program, you can begin your training towards becoming a Weatherization Technician, making homes more comfortable and energy-efficient. In 2 weeks of training, you'll be able to begin this role, and it's a role that could lead to more advanced careers in the clean energy field.
As a Weatherization Technician, you can earn over $1,500 per week. However, it's important to note that this job requires you to be in good physical condition. It also requires teamwork, comfort with heights, and the ability to work in tight spaces that might be very hot or cold.
Additional Requirements
To participate in the program, you need to meet the following requirements:
18 years or older.
Valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma is not required.
