The HEART Home Health Aide Programs offers FREE full-time training for entry-level health care jobs where participants can gain immediate employment. 


Interested applicants should:


  • Never have been certified or hired as a home health aide in Massachusetts or another state.

  • Have an interest in working with the elderly or disabled in their homes

  • Be interested in working in the healthcare field

  • Be willing to participate in a training, employment, and research program

  • Be willing to work some weekends

  • Be both compassionate and mature
